Ian is dedicated to helping clients obtain fair compensation for their injuries and can serve clients in both Mandarin and Cantonese. After completing his law degree, Ian articled at a leading Toronto litigation law firm where he represented injured plaintiffs as well as insurance companies. Ian's practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, occupiers' liability, wrongful death and medical negligence. As a member of Oatley, Vigmond Ian's practice is restricted to representing seriously injured accident victims. He greatly enjoys finding satisfying solutions for his clients. Ian holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Master's degree in philosophy from the University of Toronto. He is currently serving a term as a Vice President of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
